At Scottsdale Healthcare Primary Care Osborn (formerly Town Center Medical Group), we have a caring, proactive approach to your health and encourage our patients to actively participate with their treatment goals. We have a diverse group of providers who are all board certified in Internal and Family Medicine who see patients ages 18 years and older with a specific focus on adult health. With the support of our nurse practitioner and physician assistant, we have same-day appointments available to treat our patients who have unexpected illnesses.
Additionally, Dr. Denis Frank is a board-certified gastroenterologist who also performs colonoscopies and endoscopies at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center, and treates a variety of GI issues. Dr. Kim Olson Gibbs is board certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and has been successful with assisting patients to lose weight without surgical intervention.
Our practice has been treating patients in Scottsdale since 1997. We joined Scottsdale Healthcare in 2012 and continue to grow by offering professional and caring healthcare within the community.
